(NEW) We have a very unique opportunity for a mid-level to senior Corporate attorney wanting to grow into partnership sooner vs. later in their career. Jumping right in with sophisticated work, direct client contact building relationships and supporting two most reputable partners in the corporate practice industry. Our client, most prestigious law firm, has an immediate need for their Atlanta office for a mid-level to senior transactional associate with significant experience at an AM Law 100 or comparable firm to join its Corporate Finance & Securities practice group. This attorney will gain immediate responsibility within an active and diverse transactional practice. This position carries a substantial work load in the mergers and acquisitions practice and requires extensive experience in: – drafting acquisition and lending agreements, – conducting transactional due diligence, and – closing acquisitions and financing transactions. Experience in real estate and securities law would be a huge plus but is not required. This is a unique opportunity for the right individual to grow into a key member of a successful and growing practice area.
