Corporate Tax LLM Counsel or Partner grow your practice

Our client, one of the most reputable established law firms in Atlanta, has a strong need for a Corporate transactional Tax LLM partner or Counsel needing to fill by the end of 2018. One partner retiring, need to take over clients/contacts and be the go-to Atlanta tax attorney.

Ideal person would need to have some of their own portable business to bring expected to occupy 40% of their time($250 – $300K+) would be required, while you’re assisting the retiring attorney exiting his practice. Other established corporate partners have growth potential for this opportunity as well. This partner or counsel will support the entire corporate team, M&A, trusts and estates and all related tax matters for the Atlanta office. Some involvement in 1031 tax exchanges of property as well. This is a chance to grow your own practice soon after walking in the door.
