Medical Malpractice Litigation Defense Associate Attorney

Overview

We are exclusively working with a national top-tier law firm seeking an Associate Attorney with 2 to 6 years of experience in medical malpractice defense litigation. This role involves handling litigation and working with experienced partners, and room to grow your practice.

Responsibilities:

Key responsibilities include managing litigation phases, either independently or as part of a team, conducting legal research, drafting documents, handling depositions, and collaborating with clients. The role also involves providing legal counsel, participating in negotiations, attending court appearances, and maintaining communication with clients and partners.

Qualifications:

Required qualifications include a JD from an accredited law school, admission to the Bar in Florida, and 2 to 6 years of litigation involving medical malpractice. Candidates should have experience in litigation phases, possess strong analytical, research, and writing skills, exhibit excellent communication abilities, and demonstrate the capacity to manage a caseload—a commitment to grow and seek partner track sooner rather than later with a highly regarded firm and group of top attorneys.  We’d love to talk with you.
