Ginger is a seasoned professional with 30 years of experience in sales, recruiting, and senior management. Throughout her career, she has successfully led transformative initiatives within sales and management teams, consistently surpassing performance targets and driving growth for some of the industry’s top firms. Her diverse background—spanning sales, certified executive coaching, recruiting, and leadership—perfectly positions her to understand and fulfill the needs of clients and candidates at Kindred Consultants, which she founded in 2010.
A genuine passion for helping people drives Ginger’s work. She takes a hands-on, personal approach to every recruiting engagement, ensuring meaningful connections and successful outcomes for candidates and clients. Her personal involvement and dedication are integral to the lasting relationships she builds.
Originally from Stuart, Florida, Ginger earned her Bachelor of Science in Respiratory Therapy (CRT) with a minor in Business Administration from East Tennessee State University in Johnson City, Tennessee. Having called Atlanta home for the past 30 years, she has actively contributed to her community through leadership roles such as speaking on various discussion panels consulting Women in Leadership, serving on the Executive Board of Women in Packaging & Display, co-chairing United Way sponsorship programs at WestRock, and lead previous fundraising efforts for Atlanta-area private schools and organizations at Atlanta Academy and Greater Atlanta Christian.
Ginger has been involved with Dunwoody United Methodist Church and is an active member and volunteer at North Point Community Church’s Waumba Land. She also serves on the Advisory Board and Executive Committee of CURE Childhood Cancer, overseeing the Trenton W. Kindred Research Fund dedicated to advancing research efforts through CURE for Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta and Emory research Scientist.
She resides in Sandy Springs, Georgia, with her husband Greg, their two sons—Trenton (Oglethorpe University) and Greg (Taylor)—and daughter-in-law Emma. Ginger’s commitment to community, family, and making a difference continues to inspire her professional and personal endeavors.

Gregory L. Kindred – Chief Operations Officer/Co-Founder
As COO of Kindred Consultants, Greg is focused on refining and optimizing the firm’s operations at every level. He works closely with the management team, actively listening to understand the needs and goals of both clients and candidates, ensuring best practices are consistently executed across the platform. His attention to detail drives effective operational strategy, financial planning, and marketing initiatives, while his forward-looking approach to building and strengthening the leadership team plays a key role in the firm’s long-term sustainability and growth.
With over 35 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, Greg has represented developers, owners, and corporate executives in navigating complex transactions. Melissa Byman – Partner & Recruiting Consultant
Partner and Recruiting Consultants, Melissa has been a personal and professional friend for over 15 years and her professionalism and strengths she brings to Kindred Consultants from her previous Sales & Marketing staffing business is most rewarding for our team. Melissa has been successfully recruiting for the past eight years with stellar results and after her first placement with Kindred Consultants Legal practice, Melissa found her passion in the recruiting world, she enjoys the hunt, the drive, and the challenge that it gives her in finding talented candidates for our clients.

Dave McMillan – Recruiting Consultant
Dave McMillan brings a rare blend of people-first leadership, business acumen, and relationship-building expertise to the legal recruiting field. With over 40 years in the hospitality industry, including two decades as a proprietor and general manager, Dave built a career in identifying talent, developing high-performing teams, and creating environments where individuals could thrive. His ability to read people, understand their motivations, and match the right individuals to the right roles has been a constant through line in his professional journey.
Beyond hospitality, Dave expanded his experience into the education sector, where he was a director of sales for a highly touted educational software company focused on schools and learning centers. In that role, he worked closely with administrators and educators to understand their needs and deliver solutions that made a meaningful impact—further sharpening his consultative approach and ability to navigate complex client relationships.

Lori Leberman – Recruiting Consultant
Lori L. Leberman has joined our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and is excited to assist with your next career opportunity! She has extensive experience in the legal industry, having earned her Certificate of Paralegal Studies from Pennsylvania State University. Throughout her Paralegal career, Lori has worked in the fields of residential and commercial real estate, corporate, franchise, trademark, intellectual property, personal and corporate bankruptcy filings and litigation, tax title, civil litigation (county, state and federal), domestic relations, estate planning, estate administration/probate, workers’ compensation and tax law.
Lori is a past member of the Georgia Association of Paralegals, the National Federation of Paralegals, the Massachusetts Paralegal Association and the Real Estate Bar Association of Massachusetts. She is currently Secretary and Director for Outsiders Farm & Sanctuary, Inc., a sanctuary for rescued pigs and other farm animals in Northeast Georgia; Executive Director of Dream Chasers 21, Inc., an organization helping unhoused and senior populations; and President of The Mustard Seed Malawi, an organization providing education, medical assistance and nourishment to preschool children in Chanika Village, Maligunde, Malawi. In addition to her current roles, she has previously volunteered with various organizations, including the Atlanta Gluten Intolerance Group; Angels Among Us Pet Rescue, Inc.; assisted several Greater Atlanta Area organizations that work with the homeless population; Atlanta Legal Aid Society, participating in her firm’s pro bono program providing estate planning documents to Armed Forces Veterans, patients with terminal illness and indigent individuals. Furthermore, Lori was the founder of the Western Massachusetts Chapter of the Family Support Group for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, a Business Roundtable member and a participant in the Walk for the Cure. She has also volunteered with the Greater Springfield Massachusetts Habitat for Humanity, the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life as a Relay participant and as a Team Captain, served as the first female President of the Northampton Revolver Club, and tutored at a local charter school in Massachusetts.

Chelsey Smith – Recruiting Consultant
Chelsey Smith, Recruiting Consultant, joined Kindred Consultants in 2013. Before joining Kindred Consultants, Chelsey worked in Human Resources in varying industries including Legal and Profit Optimization. She began her recruiting career in order to marry her love for customer service with her passion for assisting candidates in finding the right career path. With over six years of customer service experience, Chelsey brings a personable approach to the process of developing client and candidate relationships. She is passionate about building strong relationships with clients and candidates alike, and providing a seamless experience with Kindred Consultants.
A New Orleans native, Chelsey graduated from the University of New Orleans in with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
