Corporate Services Associate support partner

We are looking for a Corporate Services Attorney with a minimum of four (4) years of corporate and/or commercial real estate experience to join their Tampa office. This position will work closely with the Partner and their highly regarded team, advising clients on a wide range of corporate transactions, business operations, and real estate matters.

Responsibilities

 – Provide counsel on corporate structuring, governance, and general business transactions.

• Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements, including asset purchase agreements, operating agreements, shareholder agreements, and related documentation.

• Advise on mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions from term sheet to closing.

• Handle commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing.

• Conduct due diligence, title and survey review, and manage closings.

• Collaborate with other practice groups as needed to support client goals and resolve legal challenges.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.

• Licensed and in good standing to practice law in Florida (or eligible for Florida Bar admission).

• Minimum of four (4) years’ experience in corporate law and/or commercial real estate transactions.

• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with minimal supervision.

• Excellent client service and communication skills, with a collaborative approach.
