We are exclusively representing one of our top-tier AmLaw firms’ most reputable healthcare groups seeking an entrepreneurial Healthcare Associate to join their dynamic team in Tampa.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three (3) years of experience in healthcare law or regulatory matters—whether in-house, government, or at a law firm—and a strong passion for navigating complex healthcare compliance and regulatory issues. - Having at least three years of relevant healthcare experience, including representing hospitals, healthcare providers, or related entities.
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulatory frameworks such as HIPAA, the HITECH Act, Medicare, Medicaid, and the Affordable Care Act.
- Familiarity with federal and state healthcare laws and regulations, including Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, licensure, and reimbursement issues.
- Experience advising on compliance, licensing, and reimbursement matters.
